Delivery
Normal delivery time is 1-5 working days after we have received your order and the products are in stock.
For customised products, it can take up to 1-2 weeks if the product is in stock with our supplier.
Special orders may take longer as they are bulk orders.
Airsoftspecialisten reserves itself for any inventory errors where the product is not in stock at the supplier but is available on our web shop.
The Airsoft specialist inspects each shipment before it is sent to you.
If the goods are still damaged or incorrectly dispatched when they arrive, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge.
NOTE! It is important that you make a correct notification.
Visible error: reported directly to the delivery point/driver upon receipt of the goods.
Hidden defect in the packaging: Report to Airsoftspecialisten within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
A product that we have found to be incorrectly dispatched or damaged will be replaced at your request or refunded.
Uncollected parcel
If your parcel arrives at a delivery point, you will be notified by email or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the mobile phone number, address and email address you provide.
If you do not collect your parcel, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the parcel and then return or cancel it.
Warranty & Complaints
Contact us before returning an item.
A product that is broken or wrongly dispatched on delivery should be returned within 14 days.
As a consumer, you have the right under the KKL to complain about a product. This must be done within a "reasonable time" from the discovery of the defect.
Complaints made within 2 months of purchase always count as reasonable time.
A defect which becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery of the goods shall be deemed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless it is shown otherwise or is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.
Wear and tear or consumables are not covered by the warranty.
NOTE! To clarify, we will not provide compensation for broken weapons where the weapon has been disassembled and "tinkered" with.
Furthermore, the guarantee does not apply to damage caused by negligence or accident.
If faults in the product are not deemed to be warranty faults by the relevant workshop, the customer may be charged an investigation cost.
The delivery note serves as proof of warranty and must always be sent with the complaint. Return shipping is not included in the warranty.
Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you will first need to collect the parcel and then return or cancel it.
If you need to send a product to us for complaint, please contact us first via the email address "Info@airsoftspecialisten.se" and provide the product name, date of purchase, delivery note/order number, what is wrong and complete address.
If you want money back for the product, this counts as a cancellation purchase, see info under the heading "Right of cancellation".
Right of cancellation
In accordance with the Act (2000:274) on Consumer Protection in Distance Contracts and Home Sales Contracts, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased via e-commerce from the day the goods were received.
Once we have received the goods and packaging back and found them to be in new condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods and charges within 30 days.
The box must be in its original condition; if this is not the case, 50% is deducted from the price of the goods. The goods must be complete.
This means that all accessories such as instructions, batteries, bullets, etc. must be included in the return, and bonus products must also be returned if the customer wishes to make a full return on an entire order where a bonus product has been given.
airsoftspecialisten reserves the right, in cases where the return is not complete, to charge cost price for the missing parts. If the user manual or accessories are missing, a deduction of 50% is automatically made from the value of the product.
However, if you order more items than you return, we will not refund the fees. This is because the charges are the same regardless of how many items you ordered. Returned goods must be in substantially unchanged condition and in their original packaging. The invoice/bill of lading must always be attached to a cancelled purchase. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendation of the General Complaints Board. Pack the product well because you as a customer are responsible for the risk and cost of return shipping. Therefore, note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return or enter your right of cancellation.
